Michael J. Roach, Director
Mike Roach joined PCI as a newlywed in his 20's, in the summer of 1989. He became a Principal in the firm in 1998 and now serves as Director. In 2020 the ownership transitioned to Bill Anastasiades and Frank Rossi, which allows Mike to split his time between the Connecticut and South Carolina PCI locations. Although the firm has more than tripled in size since he started, Mike remains involved in the administration and consulting for many of the PCI plans. Mike lives in Avon and Hilton Head with his wife, Diane. Their three girls, Jennifer, Ally and Meg have successfully completed the college portion of their lives and are ready for their own adventures. Email: mroach@pcipeople.com
